Our culinary philosophy revolves around freshness and tradition: all the courses are homemade, prepared daily by our chefs choosing only seasonal and local primary ingredients according to market availability; the menu healthy and tasty, is created from the wide Italian traditional food and in particular from the Venetian recipes.
On demand, are available also gluten free and vegetarian menus: at the moment of your booking at one of our events, you could choose one optional menu; anyway don't hesitate to contact us if you follow a particular diet due to allergies or intollerancies, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Let you guide by our maîtres to an special itinerary tasting composed by a selction appetizers, first and second coruses with side dishes and desserts selected for this special event and rely on our sommelier to match the wine to your plate, than.. before enjoying of the concert, take a good italian espresso.
The event starts at 7.00 pm with a welcome drink waiting the arrival of all the guests; the dinner will be served from 7.15 pm beginning with a selection of italian appetizers, passing with first and second courses and concluding with a selection of desserts and the coffe. We offer meat as well as fish menus, whereas vegeterians and gluten free meal are available only on demand untill the morning of the event booked; we propose prosecco, white and red wines selected from one of the best Venetian winery.

The dinner will be served by our maîtres from the buffet, but all our guests will have a seat at one of the table set for the event.
